How does it work
Smooth out fine lines & wrinkles
iCell Intense Eye treatment revitalizes the use of stem cells and trace elements which activates autologous skin electron transfer system to smooth fine lines and wrinkles.
Eye puffiness & eye bags
Formation of the eye puffiness and eye bags happens in the evening. When body fluid accumulates below skin surface and expand the skin, then it becomes puffiness under eyes. Stem cells of iCell Intense Eye Treatment activates skin cells under eyes which increase collagen to reduce eye puffiness.
Lighten dark eye circles

Rainy & Humid! According to HKO’s weather forecastIt seems such weather will still bother us till next week. Let’s see how we can help our skin to breathe through & freshen up!
There are a few tips and we would like to share with you.
Lighten Up– Somewhere around springtime, you should pack away your heavy winter moisturizer and use a lightweight water-based one instead. A lighter moisturizer will feel less sticky, and will allow your skin to breathe more freely without making your skin feel weighed down.
Cleanse Daily– Start off your day by using a gentle cleanser to get rid of the impurities that tend to naturally build up in warmer weather.
Exfoliate– Once a week use an exfoliator to get rid of the dead skin cells and give your skin a fresh clean look.
Blot– Carry some thin tissue blotters in your purse, that you can use to blot away any moisture from your face whenever you need a touch up. People with oily skin use this trick a lot and it really works wonders.
Spray– Spray your face with some rose water or just some plain water, to give your skin a nice boost of energy and to help with the cooling process.
Less Is More– It’s hard for your skin to breathe if you’ve layered on SPF, moisturizer, foundation, blush and eye makeup. The only products that are absolutely necessary are the SPF and moisturizer, so try to keep the use of the other products down a little bit. Don’t forget this is only for a short matter of time and often times women find that their skin no longer needs a lot of makeup after a few weeks of not wearing any.
Switch– If you absolutely have to use concealer then switch out your cream concealer for a powder one. Powders will give you a similar effect and are much better for your skin in the humid weather.
Keep Hydrated– Even though you feel like you’re drowning in the moisture that’s in the air all around you, you still have to drink plenty of water in order to keep hydrated and cool. On days when it’s hot out drinking the usual eight glasses of water isn’t going to be enough so you’ll need to drink some more. This is one of the best methods of regulating your body temperature and keeping your skin looking hot and bothered.
It is said that even if you have no words to express it, your hands can tell innumerable stories about your life! Taking care of your hands is as good as taking care of your skin and body.
There are a few home remedies to help you start grooming your hands the right way!
Rosewater Hand Massage:
Mix about 1tsp of glycerin, lemon juice and 5 drops of rose water in a small bottle. Use it to massage your hands and cuticles for atleast 15-30 minutes.
Take 1cup of bottled water, the juice of 1 lemon, 1tbsp of aloe vera gel and 10 drops of lemon essential oil. Use it as a finger soak for about 10 minutes, alternating each hand.
Nail Manicure Treatment:
Take a bowl and mix equal parts of distilled water and witch hazel, 1 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp alum powder. Soak your nails for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Proceed with rinsing with cool water. Repeat for both hands and discard the mixture.
How To Keep Hands Beautiful & Soft
Cucumber juice and glycerin can be mixed and applied on the hands once a day. This gives a moisturizing as well as a fresh look.
Another great tip to keep your hands looking beautiful is a combination of milk cream, ground almond, glycerin and lemon juice. This bleaches your hands as well as removes the dead cells.
Honey and orange juice contains AHA that proves to be an excellent way to keep your hands protected from the harsh rays of the sun and remove the tan.
Application of egg white also makes a good hand mask. It makes the skin tight and prevents formation of wrinkles.
Beautiful hands are the result of dedicated hand care and maintenance. Follow the above mentioned tips and keep your skin looking soft, supple, young and beautiful forever!

Sure, you’ve heard that exfoliating your skin is important, but to achieve glowing skin, it is a must. Try exfoliators that contain alpha hydroxy acids, such as glycolic acid. You can also try our special offer this month, SilkPeel & Hydrafacial, both will have exfoliate your skin.
Glycolic Peels are another effective path to smoother, more even-toned skin.\
Detox your body
It is true: The outside of your body reflects what’s going on inside of it. Skin conditions develop when the skin can’t
do its job of eliminating toxins efficiently, which happens because the other eliminative organs are overloaded as well. Talk to a natural health care professional to find a detox program that works for you, or take a load off your system and benefit your skin by doing the following:
Drink warm lemon water each day to help flush toxins from the body.
Cut out sugar and alcohol for a few days (at least five) to give your body and skin a break.
Up your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables to boost the amount of skin-saving nutrients you’re getting.
Limit salty snacks, which can cause swelling and water retention.
Apply topical nutrition
Two great antioxidant boosters are green tea and grape seed extract. “These powerful bioflavonoids play a unique role in protecting vitamin C from oxidation, thereby allowing your skin to reap more benefits from it,” explains Amy Chalmers, CDT and USANA Health Sciences spokesperson. “They also play an additional role in helping skin look younger and brighter as they defend against elements such as sun, stress and pollution that can damage collagen and accelerate the visible signs of aging.”
Try coconut oil
Virgin coconut oil has the ability to restore and rejuvenate damaged skin. It heals, repairs and leaves your skin radiant. Coconut oil has excellent antioxidant properties and helps to destroy free radicals. It also can even out your skin tone, giving it a more healthy-looking texture and a subtle glow.
101 uses of coconut oil
Use radiance-boosting makeup
Try the celebrities’ secret to glowing skin to get that “lit from within” look: Apply an illuminating cream under your makeup. Bronzers are also excellent for creating a healthy glow. Choose an illuminating shade rather than a matte one and apply it everywhere the sun hits your face, including your forehead, nose and cheeks.
Get your daily dose of vitamin C
Vitamins for skin are so important, particularly vitamin C, which is the key to achieving a bright, even complexion, notes Erin Ferrill, East Coast educator for HydroPeptide. “The brightening qualities of this well-known vitamin make it the perfect companion for anyone struggling with age spots, sun damage or those who just want a makeup-free pick me up,” Ferrill says. It should also be noted that when vitamin C and vitamin E are taken together internally, they have been shown to increase the ability of the skin to protect itself from sun damage. It has even been hypothesized that this combination might give your skin a natural sun protection (SPF) of 2, she says. “While this is no excuse to ditch the sunscreen, it is a great way to give your skin a fighting chance against the damaging rays of the sun. Look for products that combine vitamin C with gentle exfoliants and natural skin brighteners like bearberry, licorice, mulberry and brightening peptides.”
Suck on an ice cube
Did you know that sucking on an ice cube chills all of the millions of cells in your cheeks and lips, causing an increase in circulation, and resulting in plumper, more rosy-looking skin? Well, according to Annie Tevelin, founder of SkinOwl, it’s true! “This is a great glow-fix mid-dinner or before taking a picture to restore fatigued skin to a more peaches and cream complexion.”
We’re sure you’ve heard that glowing skin begins with what you eat, but when you’re a busy girl on the go (like us) how the heck are you supposed to get in all your fruits and veggies? Easy, try juicing! Jayna DiMartino, California Educator for HydroPeptide, says she fills her diet with nutrient rich superfoods, such as kale, broccoli, spinach, rainbow chard, celery, cucumber, ginger and beets, by juicing. “Traveling as much as I do, it’s not always easy finding a Whole Foods or a juice bar so I make sure to take my green meal capsules with all the dark leafy greens and spirulina,” she notes.
Remember: Vitamins B and D are key
Vitamin B not only increases blood flow to your cells, but it’s also integral to skin generation and slowing the signs of aging, notes celebrity makeup artist Julia Papworth. “An increase in vitamin B in the system translates to a decrease in redness and irritation in the skin.” Additionally, Jolie Martin, director and laser skincare expert at New York City’s SKINNEY Medspa, suggests taking vitamin D. “If deficient in vitamin D, skin can appear sallow and more prone to congestion and breakouts,” she says.
Get some beauty sleep
Sleep affects your physical and mental well being. “When you sleep, you’re allowing your body to begin the proper healing process,” Chalmers says. “Try a melatonin supplement to help regulate your natural sleep cycles and get your body back on track.” This will, in turn, lead to glowing skin.
HANDS OFF YOUR EYES
You are too thin—at least around the eyes. Don’t rub, poke, or otherwise fiddle with the skin there. “Every time you do, you risk breaking delicate blood vessels, which leads to darkening, dulling, and thickening of the surrounding skin”. When choosing an eye cream, look for gentle anti-aging ingredients like peptides or zinc -It’s been shown to increase elastin production, which can reduce crepiness.
Did you know that your skin has a metabolism…?
Here’s some information on skin metabolism and how to keepit in tip top condition…
Your skin’s metabolic rate works in a similar way toyour digestive metabolism. It measures how fast cells ‘communicate’ with eachother, respond and take action.
When your skin’s metabolic rate is ticking over nicely– cells self-exfoliate, UV damage is repaired and collagen production remainsconsistent.
However, like all biological systems, the metabolismof your skin slows down as you age – which is why we may begin to notice finelines and wrinkles around the same time as we discover we can no longer scoffthree slices of cake and not gain weight!
The skin’s metabolic rate can be slowed down evenfurther by external aggressors such as smoking, sun exposure and sugar –each of which contribute to dullness, dark spots and wrinkles.
Just like your digestive metabolism, your skin’smetabolism can be kick-started at any age through simplehabits and lifestyle choices. Age Confidence is all about taking control ofyour skin health, so follow my top tips for radiant, bright and alertskin!
Eat leafy greens & oily fish
Up your intake of antioxidant and Omega richfoods such as leafy green vegetables, dark berries and oily fish. Antioxidantshelp to repair skin cell damage whilst Omegas plump cells and actively increasecell turnover.
Incorporating simple facial massage techniques intoyour skincare regime morning and night helps to increase blood flow to skincells. This rush of oxygenated blood repairs broken cell links, and instantly jumpstarts sluggish skin metabolism.
Protect from UV & Free Radicals
Did you know sun damage accounts for a huge 90%of premature ageing? Be sensible – don’t fry your skin in strong sunlight;wear protection and stay out of the midday sun. A little bit of sunlightis good for us – it’s a real case of everything in (safe!) moderation.
If you needed another reason to quit – smokingseriously slows down your skin metabolism hence why smokers tend to be morewrinkle-prone than non-smokers.
Smoking damages the mitochondria of your skin’s cells– essentially the part of the cell that process nutrients and turns them intoenergy. Once these are damaged the communication between cells decreases, breaking down collagen bonds.
So, are you going to help kick-start your skin’smetabolism?

SKIN REJUVENATION BY PEPTIDES
Peptides allow the natural production of collagen and elastin, both of which plump the skin and give it elasticity. Since both of them decline as we age, peptides can work together with glycerin to enhance the stratum corneum to increase hydration, which in turn helps allow the natural production of collagen.

What is AH3
Acetyl hexapeptide-3 is a synthetic anti-wrinkle cosmetics ingredient. It is a peptide which is a fragment of SNAP-25, a substrate of Botulinum toxin (Botox). Acetyl hexapeptide-3 is also marketed as Argireline. Argireline is used in attempts to decrease the visible effects of aging by reducing the deep wrinkles and lines that occur around the forehead and eyes.
Chemically, when applied as a solution to specific areas of the face, Argireline inhibits the reactions that cause muscles to move or contract – for example when forming facial expressions such as smiling or frowning.
